By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, which govern the relationship between you and ICS Surrey Ltd in relation to this website.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- When you visit our website, our web server collects some basic information such as your internet service provider’s domain name, which pages you accessed on our site, and when.
- We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them.
- Booking of Services: a. Any collection or booking time provided by ICS Surrey is fixed, with no hidden charges. However, the price may fluctuate due to factors such as parking tickets, waiting time, ULEZ charges, and London Congestion Zone charges. b. While we make our best efforts to meet customer requirements, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic and weather conditions) may prevent us from doing so. We cannot accept liability for any direct or consequential loss suffered by the customer due to a failure to meet a booking time.
- Waiting Time and Car Park Tickets: a. For all bookings, a free waiting time of up to 15 minutes is allowed. Any waiting time beyond that will be charged separately and added to the rental price at a rate of £30 per hour.
- Airport Pick-up and Drop-off: a. All journeys include a free 15-minute waiting time. For pickups from the airport, a free 1-hour waiting time is provided from when the plane lands. After that, an additional charge of £30 per hour will apply. b. The driver will arrive at the car park 15 minutes after the plane lands. c. Car park tickets, airport drop-off charges, London ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) charges, and London Congestion Zone charges will be added to the confirmed booking price.
- Contracts: a. Companies that have signed a cooperation agreement with ICS Surrey Ltd for the transfer of their members and personnel will have their contract unilaterally terminated if they do not have any bookings with ICS Surrey Ltd within 60 days. b. If a company fails to pay their invoice amount by the 15th of each month or the agreed-upon deadline on the invoice, their contract will be terminated. ICS Surrey Ltd has the right to request late payment of the invoice amount.
- Car Breakdown, Traffic, or Late Arrival for Any Reason: a. If our driver arrives later than the agreed-upon time and the passenger or client has to wait for more than 45 minutes due to traffic or unplanned incidents, ICS Surrey Ltd is obligated to credit a maximum amount of £50. b. If our car breaks down or experiences a flat tire during the journey, if there is traffic, or if the road is closed for any reason, ICS Surrey Ltd will not be held responsible for any missed appointments or consequential loss.
- Booking Confirmation: a. When requesting a booking from ICS Surrey Ltd, you must wait for confirmation via email. If no confirmation is received, please contact our company for inquiry and resolution. b. Upon receiving a confirmation of your booking from ICS Surrey Ltd, please carefully review the booking details, including the date, time, flight number, car type, and the number of passengers and luggage. If there is any discrepancy, contact ICS Surrey Ltd immediately for a corrected confirmation. c. Failure to check the confirmed booking details and notify any mistakes may result in unavailability of the requested car at the scheduled time. ICS Surrey Ltd will not be held responsible in such cases.
- General:
a. For long journeys and driving on motorways with executive sedan cars, a charge of £3 per mile will be applied.
b. For luxury cars, a charge of £4.20 per mile will be applied.
c. For Mercedes Benz EQV and V class cars, a charge of £4.50 per mile will be applied.
Insurance:
We are insured for passenger travel. However, please note that this insurance only covers public liability and does not constitute travel insurance.
Non-Smoking Policy:
We strictly adhere to a non-smoking policy in all our cars. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances.
Right to Refuse Travel:
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone who is deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passenger or drivers.
Wheelchair Users:
There will be no additional charges for wheelchair users. However, please inform us at the time of booking if you require wheelchair accessibility.
Pets Policy:
Prior permission must be obtained from us to carry pets in our vehicles. Guide dogs are exempt from any extra charges, but please inform us at the time of booking if you will be accompanied by a guide dog.
Price Calculation:
All prices at ICS Surrey Ltd are calculated on a half-hour basis from 23:30 to 06:00. Customers will be charged accordingly based on their travel duration.
Valet Charge
In the event of a passenger experiencing travel sickness, a valet charge of £100 will apply for cleaning and sanitizing the vehicle.
